The work around the model

Much of the work of using AI is not in the model. It is in everything around it: explaining who you are at the start of every session, fixing drafts that are almost right, and checking work nobody else checked. One survey of 6,000 digital workers put the context-feeding alone at more than two hours a week (Glean, Work AI Index 2026).

We built Wiser for that part. It is a set of skills and experts built to work together. You state your voice, your facts and your design rules once, in plain files in a folder you own, and the skills that write for you read them. Experts can check the work in their field before it goes out. Each finished task can leave the folder better for the next one.

It is built on the book The WISER Method and guided by AI First Principles (aifirstprinciples.org).

Without your voice file, it will not write for you, and when a step cannot run, it says which one instead of inventing the result.
